Food is hot and fresh tasting the 5 times I've been there. We've ordered plenty of dishes and they all came out great. Drinks are made well. As far as service, depending on what waitress you'll get it will be either standard service or slightly above average. Expect not be wowed but, generally treated well.

Food is good! We went for breakfast once and it was ok The service wasn’t that great but it was just once. We’ve come many times after and this place doesn’t disappoint This time I got shrimp cocktail and even the small cup had so much shrimp! I got full I didn’t even eat my Gordita My boyfriend loves their spinach enchiladas Oh and they have a pretty good happy hour :)

Found this place on Google maps. Wasn't sure we were going to stop but glad we did!! Eventhough it was late, the restaurant was very busy! Especially for a Wednesday night. The food was delicious!! The tortillas were homemade. We ordered a parillada that came with fajita, rice, beans, guacamole, and tortillas. The portion was decent. We also ordered the fajita enchiladas which was very different! They were really good. The green salsa they serve is the .com 10 out of 10. The red one, not so much! The facility was clean and nicely decorated. More of an upscale vibe. They have the bar on one side of the facility. Looking at the menu they had a lot of drinks to choose from. Overall this is a great place. The customer service could be better, but would definitely return!

We had dinner tonight because I was craving crawfish and it did not disappoint! The good food and crawfish were amazing. Our waitress was super sweet, but we had to ask other waitresses for refills and our check. Other than that it's a great place to eat!

Delicious margaritas. Bartender was extremely friendly, service and food 10/10.

The family and I have been here 3x already and it’s definitely our spot. Staff is always super nice and the servers are great. Everyone has been super cool so far. Food has been spot on. Everything the wife and I have eaten has been good. My 9yo is a huge fan of the street tacos (so am I) . My 6yo is still trying to find his thing (he likes the street tacos). Today he had the flatas and wasn’t a fan. He said they tasted burnt. Do they look burnt? I tasted them and yeah, for me...they were extra crunchy. The spot has a great vibe. The music playlist is spot on. We danced at the table while waiting for our food. We will definitely be back!

Best place ever! Been going for years must say always satisfied to the max. Food is excellent, salsa is excellent,& lemonade/horchata is perfect!

My family of 14 booked the party room for a post-Xmas get together since we were unable to squeeze it in during the holidays. Lets get down to the nitty gritty, their drinks are great, which is key for a good mexican restaurant- I dont really drink but I sampled them. The food was on point, plus we were a big party- I saw no errors in orders, tostadas and salsa stayed full' and waters and sodas as well. We had an amazing waitress who executed a flawless system of ordering and keeping track of split tabs. She worked her craft with extreme patience and kindness. I have waited tables and i know just how much a party can often stress you, if she was stressed she didnt show it and was professional throughout the couple of hours we were there. Bathrooms clean, hostesses were smiling upon arrival and departure, they definitely run a tight ship at Ruchi's- even for a slower Saturday afternoon.
